Current Updates & Changes

On July 17, 2018, City Council approved Kraus Anderson to serve as the Construction Manager for the project. Staff is currently working with Wold Architects and Engineers and Kraus Anderson on design development.The project is set to go out to bid in December, with construction beginning in February. 

City Hall Services

The transition of services will begin December 31. City Hall will be closed Monday, December 31 for external services for City Hall staff to move. We will be operational January 2, 2019 at the Hopkins Fire Station, 101 17th Avenue S.

Council and Commission Meeting Location

Upcoming City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission and Park Board meetings will be held at the Hopkins Fire Station after January 3 until construction is complete.
