COVID Meeting Information

To limit the spread of coronavirus, the City is holding some public meetings virtually. City staff and officials will join via a video conference. Residents can watch the meetings live and participate remotely. We have also began taking reservations for in-person meeting participation. Space is limited and reservations are required. Please fill out the form below to request a reservation.

Participate in our virtual meetings

Due to the technical requirements associated with virtual meetings, we strongly encourage you to provide your question/comment prior to the meeting:

City Council Meetings

  • Via the question/comment box on our online City Council Meeting Participation form
  • Via phone at 952-548-6302 during normal business hours (8 a.m.to 4:30 p.m.).
  • Reservations are now being accepted for in-person participation. Space is limited and reservations are required. 
    • Reservations are first come, first serve and will open up weekly on Wednesday mornings at 8 am the week prior to the meeting. To ensure equal access for all, reservations can only be made for the one week prior to the meeting (multi-week reservations are prohibited). Reservations must be made by noon the day of the meeting.
    • Public with reservations must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the meeting. This is to allow staff to open doors and not affect the start of the meeting.  
    • Public are required to wear facial coverings that fully cover the nose and mouth at all times, including prior and after the meeting. A facial covering is available by request.
    • Public are required to social distance (six feet). 
    • Public are asked to review the following screening protocol prior to the meeting, if they answer yes, they will not be allowed to reserve a spot.
