The Burnes Building

Project Background

The Burnes Building (formerly Raspberry Ridge II) is a 4-story, 43 unit multi-family apartment building targeted to families at 50 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). Of the 43 units, there are 11 1-bedroom, 18 2-bedroom and 14 3-bedroom apartment units. 

Construction on the building was completed in July of 2022.
