The Blake School received site plan and conditional use permit approvals to build a new Early Learning Center, make pedestrian and vehicular access improvements to Campus Drive, and to build a replacement accessory structure located in the northeast corner of the site, which will replace an existing parking lot for the transportation and grounds maintenance services.
The projects are currently under construction with an anticipated completion date in the fall of 2023.
