The owner of the property at 238 15 Avenue North has requested a variance from the minimum lot width requirement for the N3-B zoning district to allow the existing lot to be subdivided into two lots.
The zoning code requires lots to be 40 feet in width, measured as the horizontal distance along the minimum front setback line. The proposed lot split would result in a lot width of 32.5 feet in that location.
City Review Process
The variance request will be considered at the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting on Tuesday, July 25, at 6:30 p.m. at Hopkins City Hall.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m.; however, the public hearing may not start until later in the evening.
