Join the Hopkins City Council and City staff on Wednesday, January 31, at the Hopkins Center for the Arts to learn about local government issues and city initiatives of interest to you as a resident or business owner.
Before the main event, "Treat Yo Self!" at a reception featuring a sampling of appetizers courtesy of local Hopkins restaurants.
Attendees are asked to bring a monetary donation or non-perishable food item for the local ICA food shelf.
The reception will be held from 5 to 6 p.m., with the State of the City program beginning at 6 p.m.
