The City of Hopkins/Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is soliciting proposals for development on City-owned sites including the following:
- 102 10th Avenue North (Lot #800)
- 501 Mainstreet
- 525 Mainstreet
- 15 6th Avenue North
