Raspberry Festival Ends July 20 with Grande Day Parade

Don't miss this fun-filled weekend of events celebrating the 91st Annual Hopkins Raspberry Festival. The festival ends Sunday, July 20, with the Grande Day Parade beginning at 1 p.m. Find a full list of events, including the Marketplace Fair, Raspberry Jam in Central Park and fireworks, on the Raspberry Festival website. 


The Depot Youth Advisory Board's Freight Fest is July 20

Join the Depot Youth Advisory Board for Freight Fest on Sunday, July 20, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Depot Coffee House. The event includes live music on the outdoor stage, a variety of student and adult craft vendors, food trucks and more for all ages.


Hopkins Climate Solutions Fund Reception on July 23

Join the City of Hopkins and fellow community members at the Depot Coffee House on Wednesday, July 23, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., for an event highlighting the Hopkins Climate Solutions Fund (HCSF) and recently completed projects. Learn about the HCSF, a City-funded incentive program that offers rebates for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, how to apply, and connect with neighbors while enjoying refreshments and free giveaways.


Sunset Series' Annie Mack Concert is July 24

The Sunset Series continues Thursday, July 24, with soul singer-songwriter Annie Mack at 7 p.m. in Downtown Park. All Sunset Series concerts are free and open to the public. Draft Climate Action and Resilience Plan Open for Comment

In 2024, the City of Hopkins received a grant from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency to develop a climate action and resilience plan. Nearly 300 community members were involved in the creation of the plan, and the draft version is now available for public comment. Learn and share your feedback on the City's Sustainability webpage.


Register Your National Night Out Neighborhood Gathering

National Night Out is just a few weeks away on August 5, which means it's time to start thinking about your neighborhood's celebration. Register your National Night Out gathering online by July 30 or by contacting Anne Marie Buck at 952-548-6407. No time to organize and no party happening on your block? Attend the National Night Out Kick-Off Celebration at Central Park at 5 p.m. for family fun and giveaways for youth and adults.
