A completed permit will be reviewed and issued in 10 days or fewer.

You will be offered an inspection time rather than an inspection window for your convenience.

4. Would adding solar to my development project be considered a public benefit during Planned Unit Development approvals?

The City may consider solar as a public benefit.  

5. How long will I wait for my inspection appointment after requesting an inspection?

Typically inspections are scheduled within 1 to 2 business days.

6. How many inspections are required for a rooftop solar PV?

The City requires two inspections, one electrical inspection and one final inspection.
