Land Use & Zoning Confirmation

The City of Hopkins provides Land Use and Zoning Confirmation Letters upon request. 

The information provided on the confirmation letter is based on the available public record. The City does not conduct as-built survey reviews or site inspections to confirm conformance with current zoning or building requirements. 

City staff will make every effort to complete and return a Land Use and Zoning Confirmation Letter within 10 business days of a request.

Fee

A $110 fee is required upon submission of a request. In the event that additional fees are necessary due to levels/amount of research, City staff will contact the person/company requesting the confirmation letter.

    City staff will make every effort to complete and return a Land Use & Zoning Verification form within 10 business days after receipt of payment.
