  • Held a public hearing to consider applications to amend a planned unit development, four separate site plans, and a subdivision from Alatus, LLC for redevelopment of the property located at 325 Blake Road. Made a recommendation of approval to the City Council.

Developer Preliminary Concept Plan

Alatus, LLC submitted a concept plan review application to redevelop the site at 325 Blake Road in August 2021. Alatus used the feedback provided during the concept plan review process to inform the plans described above that were submitted for formal City approvals.
