    Permit parking will no longer be allowed in Lot 700 (located behind the 800 block of mainstreet and across the street from LTD and the health and wellness center). Lot 700 will only be 3 hour parking.

    Instead, permit parking will be moved to Lot 750 (located at 37 9th avenue north by the rotary trail park).
